Fay Sullivan is an interior designer with a passion for creating spaces that are both beautiful and sustainable. Her journey into regenerative design was driven by a desire to challenge the idea that sustainability needs to be complicated or out of reach.

With a degree in Interior Architecture from Cardiff Metropolitan University and experience at top firms like A Work of Substance and Nicola Harding & Co., Fay’s work is rooted in the belief that we can transform existing spaces in ways that are thoughtful and beneficial to both people and the planet.

Having recently launched her own firm, Element House, Fay enjoys collaborating with clients who share her vision for creating places that feel good to be in—both aesthetically and in how they impact the environment.
